The history of the company Oleificio Fratelli Capiniis the history of the family itself.

The company was founded in 1962 by two brothers, Paolo and Giancarlo, who were well aware of where they could find the best extra virgin Italian oils and of how they could blend them to obtain a product with a fruity flavour and an intense fragrance of freshly pressed olives.

Thanks to their passion for quality,the Oleificio Capini has grown throughout the years, earning the trust and appealing to the palate of so many lovers of good food.

The second generation, although still young, is in the process of acquiring the skills and knowledge which will ensure thecontinuation of the quality of the Capini Lucca trademark.
